As a business consultant to yarn companies and local yarn stores the most frequent issue my customers face is how to deal with excess inventory. Everyone has had buyers remorse at one point or another in their career; bought the wrong yarn and watched it sit on the shelf, ignored by customers for an extended period of time only to end up in the sale bin where it may or may not sell. In this workshop we will explore creative ways to clear the shelves of stale inventory to make room for all the new items you found at HH Americas and identify ways in which you can minimize the issue in the future.
