There is a river of creativity inside all of us. Sometimes creativity can feel blocked, stuck, full of debris. As creative people, and like water, we must always find a way to flow. Lauren will hold space for you to find, listen to, and honor your inner voice. By guiding you through a visualization meditation you will travel to your inner river and gain insight into your creative calling.
Bring your wips, a journal, and an open mind to this session.
No experience with meditation is necessary, you will be guided and questions like "what happens if I fall asleep, or, I just can't sit still, and, I'm having so many thoughts" will be addressed.
