Learn how to sew a hoop skirt to wear under all of your ball gowns! In this class you will learn about the different materials used to make a hoop structure. You will also get to use some high quality materials to make a mini hoop skirt that is yours to take home with you.
You need basic sewing machine knowledge to take this class, how to thread a needle and tie a knot for hand sewing as well as be 16 or older to take this class.
