Description
Learn the basics of overshot weaving, or using a grounded and pattern thread, on a four-harness loom. No prior weaving experience is needed! Participants will be guided through the process of reading a draft or pattern and understanding the shorthand notations relevant to the historical designs known as overshot.
All materials are provided, and participants will be able to walk away with a small 4.5" square sample of what they have woven.
