Slow down and take a creative wellness break with some mindful stitching and fabric collage. In this session we'll savor the process of slow stitching as we create improvisational fabric collages. We'll discuss some of the many ways of creativity supports our well-being as we play with color, texture, and the versatility of simple stitches. This is a perfect project to take with you, so you always have access to little moments of creative rest.
All materials required for this class are included in the kit fee and participants will leave with enough materials to complete their project after class.
